• Canada: Flat fee of $15 for all orders.
• United States: Flat fee of $25 for all orders.
• Orders are shipped 2-4 business days after being placed.
• Customers are responsible for all import duties.
• International Orders: Customers are responsible for all import duties. International shipments are final sale.
• The Find is not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen items.

Return Policy

In-Store Purchases: All in-store purchases are considered FINAL SALE and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Online Return Policy:

Final Sale Items: Bags, jewelry, kids' items, sale items, and accessories are all FINAL SALE. Additionally, any purchases made using partial or full store credit or through Sezzle, AfterPay, or Affirm are also FINAL SALE.

Clothing and Shoes: Exchanges or store credit are available for full-priced clothing and shoes. To be eligible, requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving the item.

Important Notes:

• The Find is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages during delivery.
• Returned items must be in their original packaging, with tags attached, and in the same condition as when received.
• Any duties incurred during the return process will be the customer's responsibility and will be deducted from the refund amount.
• Customers are responsible for paying any duties on U.S. or international orders.
