Shipping and Returns Policy
WE SHIP WORLDWIDE
We aim to process all online orders within 2-3 business days. Orders are shipped from Tuesday to Friday, 10 am - 6 pm PST, excluding holidays. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number.
In cases where a package cannot be received, it may be reshipped at the customer's expense.
Please note, our online inventory is also available in-store. If an item is unavailable, we will notify you within 1-2 business days and provide a full refund.
We offer both standard and express shipping options. If you have any special instructions, feel free to contact us before placing your order.

To ensure a safe and discreet shopping experience, we label packages in a way that avoids attracting attention. Your privacy is our priority.
Please Note: The Find is not liable for any product loss or delays once the package has shipped. Any delays in delivery will not incur penalties or refunds.

SHIPPING TIMES
Shipping times vary depending on the destination and shipping method chosen. Orders shipped to the U.S. or internationally may experience customs delays. Standard shipping to the USA typically takes 3-7 days in transit once processed.
CUSTOMS AND DUTIES
Orders shipped outside Canada may be subject to import taxes, duties, and fees by the destination country. Customers are responsible for these charges. To streamline customs processing, we declare items as used goods (without brand identification) at their purchase value.
CANADA
  • Standard Shipping (Orders over $500 CAD): Free
  • Standard Shipping (Orders under $500 CAD): $15 CAD
  • Express Shipping (Orders over $500 CAD): $35 CAD
  • In-store Pickup (Vancouver): Free, available within 1-2 business days
USA
  • Standard Shipping: $35 CAD
  • Free Shipping for orders over $3500 CAD
International (Mexico, Europe, Asia-Pacific, Australia)
  • Standard Shipping (Small Packages): $75.00 CAD

RETURNS
All Sales Final
All in-store and online purchases at The Find are final sale. Items purchased with a discount or promo code are also final sale.
Returns on Full-Priced Online Orders
We accept returns only on full-priced clothing and footwear purchased online, with a request initiated within 48 hours of delivery (tracked by delivery confirmation). Contact customerservice@thefindluxury.com to arrange returns.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible, items must be in their original, unused condition with all included accessories (e.g., dust bags, boxes, cards). Items purchased with discounts or promo codes are not eligible for return.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method. The Find is not responsible for returns lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. For in-store returns, please email customerservice@thefindluxury.com for assistance.
Refunds vs. Store Credit
Refunds and store credits will be issued only after the item has been received and inspected.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method (minus initial shipping). Allow up to 3 business days for the refund to process, and 10 business days for funds to appear on your statement (depending on your bank).
  • Store Credit will be issued for the item amount (excluding original shipping) and does not expire.
FINAL SALE
All in-store purchases, discounted or promo items, and jewelry are final sale. Additionally, any purchases made using partial or full store credit or through Sezzle, AfterPay, or Affirm are also FINAL SALE.
