SHIPPING

• Canada: Flat fee of $15 for all orders.
• United States: Flat fee of $25 for all orders.
• Orders are shipped 2-4 business days after being placed.
• International Orders: Customers are responsible for all import duties. International shipments are final sale.
• The Find is not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen items.

RETURN POLICY

• In-Store Purchases: All purchases made in-store are FINAL SALE.

ONLINE RETURN POLICY

• Final Sale Items: All bags, jewelry, kids' items, sale items, and accessories are FINAL SALE. Purchases made with partial or full store credit or through Sezzle/AfterPay are also FINAL SALE.
• Clothing and Shoes: We will issue an exchange or store credit for full-priced clothing or shoes. Requests must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the item.
• Any duties incurred by The Find upon returning items will be deducted from the refund amount.
• The Find Studio is not responsible for lost or stolen packages during delivery.
• Returned items must be in their original packaging, with tags attached, and in the same condition as when received.
